Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications ("Apps") published by NiM ("we," "us," or "our") on Google Play. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

1. Use of the Apps

Our Apps are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Age Restrictions and Mature Content

Our catalog includes both general-audience casual games and titles containing mature content (violence, mature themes, etc.), similar to mainstream action/adventure games. Each App's store listing displays its content rating — please review it before downloading or allowing minors to play. It is the user's (or parent/guardian's) responsibility to ensure the App is age-appropriate before installing it.

3. No User Accounts

Our Apps do not currently require you to create an account. Any progress, scores, or settings are generally stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App or switch devices, unless otherwise stated within a specific App.

4. Advertising

Our Apps are supported by advertising served through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). By using our Apps, you agree to the display of such ads. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collected by our advertising partners.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within our Apps — including but not limited to graphics, code, design, characters, and audio — is owned by NiM or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our Apps without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit bugs in the Apps
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Apps
• Redistribute or resell the Apps without authorization

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to any App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
